Meet Julia!

Julia lives in a small town Alberta, Canada with her husband and 3 kids. She has a degree in Psychology, a Masters of Teaching and a CERTIFIED NUTRITIONIST and PERSONAL TRAINER. Julia has always had a passion for health and wellness as an athlete growing up. 
 
8 years ago she decided to pursue that passion while teaching full time and started her online wellness coaching business.
 
She has since grown a successful 6 figure wellness business, helping  hundreds of women in both group and 1-1 coaching.

She is most passionate about helping her 1-1 clients as she can really help them dig deeper and get to the root cause while helping them in their goals. 
 
Using her FUELLED FOR LIFE METHOD, with her specialty in nutrition, mindset and habits, Julia helps active women overcome diet mentality, unhealthy relationships with food to create healthy habits and learn to fuel their body without restrictive diets.
